Description
Overgrown grass, hedges, bushes at 3801 Hawthorne Ave/Laburnum Ave. Hedges and bushes hit your legs, chest, face as you walk on Laburnum side. Grass is almost knee high. Hedges need trimming on Hawthorne side as well. Also, please tell property owner NOT to leave trimmings of bushes, etc on sidewalk when cut on both sides. Thank you.
