Description
There is a large black couch on the embankment above the Gillies Creek culvert. If it falls into the culvert, it may block the culvert and cause flooding in the area. Also, there is a LOT of litter on the embankment as well. This was previously reported as "completed", but when I walked by on 7/21/2025, the couch and litter were still on the embankment.
