Description
Debris from a dead tree that is on private property has been placed in the alley for some time (on Seneca, halfway between Grove Ave and Bewdley), making pedestrian travel difficult and impossible for service vehicles. The tree in question, the largest still standing, could result in additional clutter (and potential damage) if more of it were to fall.
