Description
reaching out to report a dangerous issue on Scott Street in the Fulton neighborhood (ZIP 23231) that really needs to be addressed.There’s a deep hole on the side of the street that’s completely hidden under grass—you can’t see it at all until it’s too late. I found this out the hard way when I stepped out of my parked car and my entire right leg went straight into it. I ended up with a long gash down my shin that later got infected.
