Description
Squatters have parked an old RV on a property that is adjacent to short Decatur St, a short alley between Hull and Decatur. Within six weeks piles of trash, construction debris and makeshift structures have accumulated. This site is across the alley that runs along Mashore Playground, a public park behind the church at Pilkington and Decatur Streets. The dumping is a nuisance and a health hazard.
