Description
Resubmitting as I realized there are utility lines running through tree. During storm on Sat July 19, a large city tree has split and partially fallen, with one of its main trunks leaning heavily onto side of a residential house and roof area. The broken section is still partially attached to the base, but it's placing significant pressure on the structure and is tangled in the home's siding and roofline. The damage poses an immediate safety hazard to both the property and the public sidewalk.
