Description
I have been complaining about the health of this tree for a long time ever since it was damaged by city Crews installing new sidewalks, the tree ended up dying falling over during a storm and crushing and totaling both my car as well as my neighbor’s car. The city’s lack of follw up has cost us thousands if dollars. Now there is a very unsafe stump prohibiting the right way from the road onto the sidewalk and into my house, would like the stump removed and a new tree planted ASAP
