Description

Huge tree branch fell in the alley behind my house at 4638 Hanover Ave. Branch is obstructing the entire alleyway. No cars or pedestrians can get through. The branches are suspended on both my fence and the house behind me’s fence. Also completely covering the road/alleyway.
