Description
Small manhole like cover plate missing over deep hole on sidewalk. Likely to cause bodily injury from causing tripping, or child’s foot getting stuck in hold causing foot/ankle damage. Location appears to be in 3100 block cutshaw ave, middle of block, behind dark grey building, going east midway down from intersection of cutshaw & cleveland sts. This needs to be looked at immediately.
