Description
DPW-Escalated this call to Matt & Erica and Allen, citizen states that has owner in the COR, there is a parking issue, she sees that the COR has a parking sign located at 1710 Altamont Avenue, that it states to be parralled parked, but it is taking up 4 or spots. So......it close to the Mincz and Automotive Tires blg. New Company in the COR Southern Change Behavior Health Services. Please advised.

- Staff · July 22, 2025Spoke to Ms. Jenkins about request on 7/21/2024. Advised her that TED would not approve that south section of the block because it was to narrow. Spoke to TB, he confirmed this, and added that there is a loading zone to consider and that trucks having to maneuver to load and unload on the block.
