Description

The green light signal (facing the exit of the Elwood Thompson's parking lot) is a stale green light. So any driver turning left doesn't realize they have the right of way against oncoming traffic. This typically leads to an understandably confused driver that's hesitant to go--which unfortunately ends up delaying other exiting drivers. It seems like the green light signal should be a green arrow rather than a stale green one.
