Description
Multiple people have been gathering in a residential alley for several weeks. They’ve now spread out to the church parking lot and are turning it into an encampment, complete with lawn chairs, suitcases, & tarp for shelter when it rains. They use the church parking lot fence as a clothesline & openly litter on public grounds despite trashcans nearby. We’ve witnessed public drinking & drug use, including fentanyl overdose on 7/12. Their activities pose a safety concern to neighborhood residents.
