Description
There is a sign on the median on eastbound Broad St directing traffic to turn left at Arthur Ashe Blvd to access the Recycling Center located at Robin Hood Rd, however left turns from Broad onto Arthur Ashe are prohibited. Sign should either be removed or relocated to the Sheppard St intersection with supplemental signs installed through Scotts Addition directing traffic to Arthur Ashe Blvd to get to the Recycling Center
