Road work on citizen street citizen stated constructions workers has block her in she has missed doctors appointments and was not notified citizen stated she has missed her medication being delivered and she wants this to stop

A site visit was conducted by the Department of Public Works, and we confirmed that a utility crew is currently performing gas line installation in the area. We have spoken with the crew’s foreman and instructed them to implement appropriate traffic control measures, including the use of flaggers, to ensure residents can safely and reliably access their homes during construction. We’ve also requested that the contractor provide formal documentation of their updated traffic management plan, and we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure compliance and minimize disruption moving forward.
