Description
N 31st was recently repaved, however the grading/drainage issues here were not addressed as part of that project. Only 2 months after the repairs the asphalt is already starting to buckle. This intersection/roundabout and associated sidewalks needs to be completely redesigned including regraded and proper storm drainage. The repair job recently completed clearly did not address any of the issues and it will only continue to get worse.
