Description
Yesterday was trash collection day. The original ticket I submitted DPW000209073 was closed. The crew found my trashcan. However, although it was collection day they didn't empty it and it has been filled by someone else. Also, the brush behind my home has been there since 1/1. No attempts have been made to collect it. I recently received a letter stating it couldn't be removed unless I pull it away from my fence. If the brush had not been COMPLETELY ignored this would not be a problem.
