Description
An urban camper has taken residence on the 42nd ST Island for several months. I picked up trash that may have been discarded by the camper. The location can be found: descend the 42nd ST staircase, cross over to the path steps leading to the island, the grey tent can be seen from the trail approx. 200 yards on the right. Note that I removed the garbage bag to the trash bins.
