Description

thank you for repaving Shadwell, however after milling old pavement and asphalt truck traffic, we now have deep 8-12 inch x 12-14 inch wide by 5-6 foot long rut next to new pavement, interfering with ingress and egress to alley . First alley north on Shadwell from Grove ave. ? Gravel or asphalt repair. thank you.
