Description

As has been done on Westmoreland between Patterson and Grove, install speed humps or round abouts on Westmoreland between Monument and Patterson. Westmoreland has become a significant thoroughfare with vehicles traveling well above the speed limit

    The average speed on Westmoreland St between Monument Ave and Patterson Ave measured 24 mph. The speed samples show general compliance with the 25-mph speed zone. Traffic calming such as traffic circles and speed tables are not currently planned.
