Description
Suggestions: 1. actually paint "25 MPH" signage on the road, both directions 2.install flashing speed limit signs along Patterson, both directions, at a more appropriate level than the existing east bound 35 MPH which is all but obscured by landscaping 3. place electronic speed monitoring signs such as those recently placed on Grove and in the Byrd Park vacinity 4. routinely but randomly station City police along Patterson to ticket offenders and thus enforcing the speed;
