    This location was inspected on 07/22/2025. There is 35ft of damaged sidewalk due to tree roots located on Commonwealth Ave. of this address and there is also 30ft of damaged sidewalk in the front of address on W. Grace St. side. This location will be repaired with the rating system and the safety hazard concerns.
