DPW-Citizen states that there need's to be a speed bump at the corner of 18th & Keswick Ave.

    The average speed follows: - 18th St between Joplin Ave and Bruce St = 17mph - Keswick Ave between E. 21st St and 18th St = 27mph - Bruce St between 18th St and Lenmore St = 22mph The average speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. Speed tables are not currently planned. DPW will install warning signs here though.
