    The average speed on N. 35th St between Marshall St and Leigh St measured 27 mph. The speed samples show general compliance with the 25-mph speed zone. 35th St stops at Marshall St and at Leigh St. Given the speed sample and the two stopped conditions on 35th St within about 750’ neither stop signs nor speed tables are planned.
