Description
I created DPW000203514 for tree planting and I am confused by a comment made on the request. The comment indicated that my address does not exist. I see a few problems with this. I bought my house from the City of Richmond approximately 2 years ago. This 2 year timing should be sufficient for the city to update their records, GIS tools, and maps the city work force uses for their daily work. Another problem is that no one visually inspected the location. And this was my 2nd request.
