Description
Along the sidewalk of Frreman Rd. at the City Stadium, there is rebar sticking out of the ground. Rebar was used to secure railroad ties that have rotted away, leaving the exposed rebar dangerously exposed.

- Staff · July 23, 2025An inspection confirmed the reported issues; however, we’ve encountered delays in identifying the appropriate contact within the department that manages the property. It has been confirmed that the site is under the oversight of Economic Development, but coordination efforts are still ongoing.
