Description
There is an abandoned house at 3900 Midlothian Turnpike with an alley that runs behind it. Every week a group of people in a truck dump old tires into the alley and partially into the yard of the abandoned house. It sometimes blocks the alley and residents have to move the tires out of the drive path.
