Description
Property Owner Cut high grass accumulation and dumped it all in front of the street on their property without collecting and disposing of properly. This adds to too much debris in the gutters and clogs the city sewer system. This is also a side street that only gets street cleaning twice a year, so the accumulation adds up quickly and causes bigger concerns over the 6 month period it takes to get a cleaning.
