Description
Asmany as 16 recycling cans are being put on my private parking lot in the alleyway between Grove and Floyd and Lombardy and Vine Street. by CVWMA or their partner service blocking parking spaces for tenants in 1621 and 1617 Grove. My tenants are constantly have to move the cans when they come home at night to park. Please have the cans removed or relocated behind each single family resident.
