Description

A number of whole waste tires were deposited on the alley side of the condemned/vacant lot. More were dumped on the alley side of a different lot on the block closer to the McLennan St side, though I did not note their exact location. This is the second such occasion I have noticed within the last month of waste tires being dumped in this location.
