Description
A fallen tree was cut up and the debris is left on the side of the road. The branches are extending into the roadway and I have to veer out of the way and cross the double yellow lines to avoid hitting the branches. Several times I have been unable to avoid hitting the branches due to oncoming traffic and my SUV is scratched up all down the entire side.
