Description
There is a tree outside of the 1607 property on Park Avenue that appears half dead. It is constantly dropping limbs and branches on cars and the sidewalk whenever it is windy or rains. There is currently a giant branch being suspended and held up by two other branches in the tree. This is a serious hazard should fall on someone walking along the sidewalk. It needs a serious trimming of all of its dead branches, of which there are noticeably a few.
