Description
I contacted my property manager on 9/13/24 about one of our trash can lids going missing after a trash pick-up day. He said he put in an order for a new replacement supercan on 9/16/24 through RVA311. However, the new can has not been delivered after almost a full year. The current can is still being used by my neighbors. Since there isn’t a lid, rain collects in it and vermin such as opposums are digging through the trash and making a mess; mosquitoes also are attracted to standing the water.
