Description
On a regular basis (monthly?), a delivery tractor-trailer from the Dollar General continues down Essex and will get caught at the terminus of Essex and Moss Side. Moss Side is one way and filled with street parking so it is not possible for the truck to make the tight city turn. Only solution is for the trucker to wait for neighbors to move cars OR go the wrong way on Moss Side and navigate out with wider streets. Sign needed to inform truckers at North and Essex.
