Description
The residents of ONE MONUMENT AVENUE would like to request a speed assessment of the pedestrian walkwalk used to cross from the residential/commercial building to the Pivot parking building across Stuart Circle as suggested by Investigator W.J.Kress who said it should be done by use of trailer-mounted speed indicator accompanied by a motorcycle speed enforcement officer during a time when VCU is in session. This crosswalk has become increasingly dangerous with speeding cars ignoring signage.
