Description
This is one of the worst intersections in the city. The wait times are so incredibly long. The wait times are so long that cars cut through the surrounding properties and run the red lights. There needs to be some way to allow traffic to flow through calmly, especially with a university so close. This would be an excellent location for a circular intersection, or a roundabout, with yield signs. Remove all of those street lights, and make it pedestrian/bike friendly.
