Description
Citizen states that their are several COR Trash cans in the back of the apartment complex that is across the street in the Alley. Citizen says she has no idea who owns the apartments and she has been trying to get COR to dump the cans or at least remove the cans. Citizen says that COR has advised they can't dump the cans due to the cardboard boxes are in the cans. These cans do not belong to anyone and citizen says she is tired of looking at the trash across the alley from her back yard.
