Description
There is a crossing complete with Ada yellow strips on through the median of brookland parkway. There is not, however, a cross bike or crosswalk marking on the road. The result is that cars waiting at the traffic signal are frequently blocking the crossing making access very difficult.

- Staff · July 15, 2025This is a midblock crossing for pedestrians and bikes to cross Brookland Pkwy where a crosswalk can't connect due to intersection orientation. Motorists are required to yield to any pedestrian crossing here. The Department will trim shrubbery to make the signs more visible.
