Description
We’ve just moved in and received our own trash can. Apparently many of the residents use whatever cans are about, several of which are broken and without tops, to throw their trash out. It’s filthy, the animals are all over it, etc. My understanding is that every home is supposed to have a trash can that they are responsible for and put out the night before pickup. Then they take it back on their own property. Recycling is fine. Please assist. Thank you.
