Description
Caller states there's a COR tree that is like a stump that has grown back time after time but the tree isn't well and rotten in the middle. Caller states she was told that it is COR property so she is asking for an assessment and really for the stump to grind so it's put out if it's misery. Different folks have been cutting at this tree so the wires aren't near the tree.
