Description
1. City owns lot in Alley where brush is starting to grow rampantly and block all passage. 2. I need safe passage to get to my dedicated spot for my disabled son and this brush is getting in my way and damaging my car. 3. A huge tree limb has fallen into this vacant alley as well and needs to be cleaned up. 4. tree branch removal, mowing and clearing the alley on city property needs to be done ASAP. 5. This may now be rising to an ADA violation.
