Description
public pool, community center and chicanes to eliminate constant reckless driving in this area. ive seen groups of children on bikes leave the pool to come very very close to impact with speeding cars. chicanes are significantly more effective than speed bumps. wide roads encourage speeding. a center chicane would also help separate lanes as there is also no painted line and people constantly speed down the center, or opposing lane in the road.

Chicanes are capital improvements and are not in the latest City Budget. DPW will install new Playground warning signs on N 20th St in each direction of travel.
