Description
The city had the concrete truck wash out the shoot of excess concrete from sidewalk repairs in the alley way leaving a mess rather than use a washout bin. A Lazy and cheap approach to save a buck especially when thr guys worked on a holiday to get overtime pay. The alley is also in need of new gravel to fill in the low spots that pond water after rain events. Regade and restone alley
