Description
The residents at this address throw garbage on the sidewalk next to bins instead of placing it into the containers. Trash accumulates, gets rained on, gets spread out down the street. Large items placed on sidewalk do not get collected by garbage pickup. Intersection of Madison and Marshall Streets. The owner of the property needs to address this issue!
