Description
There are zero supercans for any of the buildings that access this alley - whether businesses or apartment tenants. The dumpsters we were all using were removed today - and there is no longer any trash service for any occupants of these buildings. No city garbage truck ever comes, since there are no super cans. We need to establish a new route and provide a can for every building - three facing 15th st, and five units facing broad street.
