Ivymount Road and Whitehead Road does not intersect. The Department of Public Works DPW) does not maintain Ivymount Road as this street is a part of the “Residencies at Brookside” residential development. The Department of Real Estate Assessor identifies this street owner as AWE BROOKSIDE OWNER LLC C/O WEST END CAPITAL GROUP LLC. DPW is not planning speed tables on Whitehead Rd given an average speed of 39mph in a 35mph zone. DPW will plan to install some 35mph signs.
