Description
2 trees - 1 Tree next to utility pole in alley that runs BEHIND 2912 Riverside is nearly completely dead and covered in vines. See picture. 2 - There is another tree in the little median/grass strip at back corner of lot that is also dead. City looked at this previously and it has only further deteriorated.
