Following up on ID # DPW000056742 from 7/30/2020 !! Case was assigned for sidewalk repairs on 3/7/2022 but nothing ever happened !! Why ?

    This location was inspected on 07/15/2025. There aren’t any hazards at 4100 Wythe Ave. There are hazards at 4102 and 4104 Wythe Ave because of drainage pipes running water from the brick wall onto the sidewalk causing damage. This location will be addressed with the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
