Description
There is a Handicap citizen that lives on 2600 Melbourne Street but has to use ramp and side of house on 1800 Maddox Street for wheelchair assessable. Have been having problems tilting over possibly falling out his wheelchair to gain access in and out of his home on the sidewalk area. he stated that the sidewalk has come up and is very high in dimension,
