- Staff · July 10, 2025DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of T St and N. 22nd St does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. 22nd St at T St has stop signs and stop bars on each approach. No Parking signs are installed on T St in three corners and a fire hydrant is on the other corner where it’s illegal to park. These parking restrictions enhance intersection sight distance. DPW recently trimmed limbs away from a stop sign and will plan to install a No Parking sign on the corner where the fire hydrant is located.
