Description
Tree in the front yard is dying. Branches have dropped on cars and insurance claims filed. People’s lives are at risk and there is a great risk of injury. This tree needs to come down. During storms neighbors are fearful it will fall. Street parking is not used due to the risk of dropping limbs. We cannot limb or cut it down ourselves because it is on city property. We need to protect our neighbors and those around us. Please help.
